We offer very competitive pricing for new installations. We use only the best manufacturers and suppliers to ensure that our new installations can withstand most adverse weather conditions, and guard against everyday wear and tear.

Maintenance:

Roller shutter doors are comprised of many moving and working parts. Thus it is most important that all moving parts remain lubricated at all times most shutter doors operate by means of spring mechanism regulating the weight of the door mat, ensuring smooth operation. Due to excessive wear and tear, spring mechanism can degrade and must be maintained at regular intervals to ensure effective spring mechanism operation. The same applies to the many bolts, nuts and bearings to ensure that such parts remain in good working order. It is of standard practice to ensure that roller shutters are serviced at least two times a year (every six/6 months).

Faulty spring mechanism poses a serious security risk due to possible weight failure problems. This can result in serious injury to staff, and/or extensive damage to property, vehicles or stored merchandise.

Breakdown And Emergency Services

We offer a 24-hour breakdown service where we will assist in emergency situations where shutter doors may prove to be a serious safety hazard. We pride ourselves on our prompt call-out response time in any breakdown or emergency situations, as we are accurately aware of the effects of inoperable roller shutter doors.

Standard Rates On Roller Doors:

We do a full service to existing doors (excluding worn parts). New installations a quote will be done according to exact customer requirements and applicable civil conditions at your installation site. Repairs our technician will upon a full evaluation issue a written quote detailing the required parts, labour and cost involved.

Automation

Install new roller door motors and gate motors (we also maintain and repair existing motors) upon completion of any maintenance or repair work done. With a service report informing you of the date of next maintenance service call to ensure smooth operation at all times. We guarantee our work on repairs for six months. Damage due to any other abnormal conditions such as fire, water, accidents physical damage etc. Will not be covered under our guarantee.
